For my Fall 2024 passion project, I reimagined the “Serenity” candle brand, owned by Jan from The Office.
Starting from scratch, I created a cohesive brand guide that included a new logo, color palette, and an expanded candle line.
I designed labels for three signature scents and brought the concept to life through rendered mockup images.
This project allowed me to explore branding and product design while paying homage to a fun pop-culture reference.
I used Adobe Illustrator for designs and Pacdora.com for mockups.
A local bar in Whitewater, Pumpers & Mitchells, hosted a design contest for their new “all-you-can-drink” cups.
The image on the right shows one of their previous designs, all featuring the motto “I Love College.”
For my entry, I aimed to highlight the unique elements that make this bar stand out. This includes characterizing their famous "sloshies", and popcorn, as well as adding a disco ball, and neon light sign of "I Love College".
My design earned the runner-up spot in the contest!
A family friend approached me for help in creating a logo for their new barbecue catering business.
He envisioned a humorous and slightly cheeky design that would spark laughter and smiles.
The logo and motto are shown on the left, while the business card template is displayed on the right.
In 2021 I designed a logo for a start-up ice cream shop in Hartland, WI.
The name/logo incorporates the owner's initials, as well as her favorite flavors of ice cream.
The colors of "Starry Night" are part of the cup, and the spoon completes the big dipper shape.
